• LOVE DENUELE uses SiCepat Reg & Express for our courier service.
    • We only do the shipping during business days, Monday- Friday on on 09.00- 17.00. All payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will only be checked on the business days.
    • Customer Service is available too during the business days: Monday- Friday on on 09.00- 17.00.
  • There are no delivery on Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • All of your orders will be processed once you click confirm your payment.
  • Orders will be shipped on the next day.
  • Please note there are maybe some of the items are Pre- Order items, it will be stated in the product title/ description if it's a Pre Order. Once the item is ready to be sent, we will send it directly to your adress.
  • Pre- Order items normally take 10- 20 working days to be finsihed (Public Holiday, Saturday and Sunday are not included).
  • Our delivery timescale for Indonesia is estimated 1-3 working days after the shipment, depending on which courier you choose.
  • Our shipment city is from Tangerang, Indonesia.


We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused through the shipment process or once the goods are received at the designated address.

We are not responsible if SiCepat can't deliver the package on time due to incomplete address or misspelled address. Please check to your local SiCepat office or you can call SiCepat Customer Service (021-2933 7086) for more information. 



Modify or Cancel Orders

1. Please consider well before the purchase about the size & color you want to purchase. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service to assist you further! :)

2. Once you already placed an order with us, you won’t be able to cancel or modify your order. Please make sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. The payment received can not be refunded.

3. All orders will be sent according to every order ID. One Order ID can not be combined with another Order ID to be shipped together.

Return and Exchange Policy

All items cannot be returned & refunded. If for any reason you wish to exchange your online purchase, we will only accept items that:

1. Have not been worn and are in original condition (new and unworn) complete with the original box.

2. We only accept exchanges for incorrect sizing within 3 days of receiving your order. The cost of exchange the product shall be borne by customer.

3. Exchanges that are damaged or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

4. We accept exchanges if there's defect upon the goods.

5. Details for exchange requests should be directed to customer service through Whatsapp +6281318600889 or LINE @lovedenuele within 3 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.

6. Please note that you may only exchange items of the same price or above. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, the customer will have to select other styles within our range.
